I just heard from my colleague said that I'm still lucky right now. Perhaps I will still enjoy this week or so since I'm still really new and I'm still learning while doing cases. Yes, I am learning through doing and not really training.
The first batch of my colleague, they actually train before they handling cases but for me, I'm learning through doing. So if I do any mistake, then I'm dead. Haiz. Pretty tiring job as in they have target to meet. At least 30 cases to be done in a day.
Today alone, my team leader actually drag 50++ cases for me to handle. Although the cases that I'm handling is the outpatient cases which is simpler. However, I'm pretty confuse with what I am doing. I guess I really need to catch up quickly.
After the some time, I might be just like them have to do OT, which most probably will drag till 7.30pm before I can leave the office. Worst is that if there is plenty of cases to be handle, then we need to work on Saturday to cover up the cases. I guess OT claims should be imposed. I need to verified with my colleague next time.
If Saturday I really need to work, which is a half day, then I'll be missing the chance to meet up Douglas already. I know it will not be always, but I only have Saturday which seems to be he can spent some time with me. If I have to work, then it will be a sad thing. Sunday, he is not free. Even if he can make it, that will be in the evening, which we can have a dinner together only.
