I'm No Longer Know How to Deal with People

I felt some pressure dealing with people nowadays. Probably just these recent days. Dealing with my "P" team in my company is hectic. They doesn't seem to get what we want most of the time. Mr. Y is kinda helpful, thank God but most of them ain't the same case. Mr. Z is headache for me.

Just for today, I want to get a retail pack sample also cannot get it. I called up Mr. Y, he asked me to refer Ms. Y. Then that lady asked me to refer Mr. L from warehouse, but he is no where to be found. The people here push me around only.

In my own department, I start to find harder to communicate with Ms. C. She is cool, into her job but then I seriously think that we are not being nice as a team. Like for example, I try to ask her some stuff, maybe she is busy with her stuff as well, but then she is like wouldn't careless about it.

Maybe she is right, that the stupid system that Ms. Y wants us to comply causes us to prepare lots of paperwork, but then till things is clarify, can't she don't confuse everybody with it. She has her own style. I find it hard to work with her sometimes.

No doubt she is capable, but then she really do things her way and kinda ignore others at times. Is it her way suitable for this job? If so, then am I not competent for this job then? Am I still suitable for it?

I do like my job, but I'm worried that if I'm not suitable for this job. Then I'm going no where far. I do hope I can excel in my career too. I really need to boost up my EQ. If not, how am I going to be assistant manager next time. At least that is what I'm aiming for.

In conclusion, I just find it hard to deal with people especially in working world. Not to mention clients, right? Client is always the headache part. I still need to find a way to talk to Monnie soon. I wonder how to talk to her about the problem we are facing. Till I send her the samples then only decide on how to make things work.
