Changes

Lots of changes happened when Douglas not around. The "P" department or rather team starts to be lazy or perhaps won't careless about things that I told them about. Things that suppose to be done is not done till now. It taken a month already yet they replied me that it may take another month. How am I going to deal with my client?

With new recruit, one of my old friend, BH is working with me, I found out that there is some pros and cons. The pros are that we can have lunch together, chat when we are free, make fun of each other, take care each other butt, etc. Just hope that he won't kick my butt.

With his absence in the company, lots of things I need to handle myself and I feel a bit hopeless. Maybe I'm still pretty useless at this moment. I felt like JY is very well better than me in the department. At times I do feel like she is looking down on me. Maybe I'm thinking too much but then I can't help thinking that too. Maybe because she handle local market, so always seems meeting up clients.

Anyway, there are some new arrangement in term of job scope. According to one of my manager, our job divided into 2, internal and external duties. Internally, I'm dealing with stock list updates and track the stock. Whereas external, still tag back to export.

New recruit is pretty sad. He needs to deal with local clients for external and internally deal with quotation and price. Last but not least our "Mulan" of the team, she will required to deal with corporate client and internally with sales order and chasing them for goods.

I heard that he is thinking to hired one more person. Well, I have not much idea about what's going on because I was in the training hall and not in the meeting itself.

News about us shifting to a floor below is kind of certain already. The floor plan is out but I'm thinking the sitting arrangement for our team is not that good. If it can relocate our self, I think I'll choose to sit nearer to my Senior Manager as I will need to deal with him most rather than letting JY and BH place near to him and not to their respective manager.

Today I saw our Director and Senior GM as well as Admin Manager chit chatting about the renovation of the ground floor to accommodate us. I believe the shift will be any where soon or latest by this first quarter of the year.
